Extraordinary Year of Mercy

Posted on 11/24/2015

Jesus, I Trust in You!

The Extraordinary Year of Mercy begins soon on the Feast of the Immaculate Conception (December 8th, 2015) and will end on the Feast of Christ the King 2016 (November 20th).  Make time to speak to Jesus in the Eucharist through the many opportunities to adore Him both perpetually here at St. Elizabeth and in many of the local parishes.  There will be many resources on Mercy available in the chapel at St. Elizabeth Central.  Come by and spend some time with Jesus, soaking up His merciful love, as He heals your wounded heart.  Make sure to also check out our sacraments link to find all the daily Mass, confession and parish adoration times in this city.

Eternal God, in whom mercy is endless and the treasury of compassion — inexhaustible, look kindly upon us and increase Your mercy in us, that in difficult moments we might not despair nor become despondent, but with great confidence submit ourselves to Your holy will, which is Love and Mercy itself.
